- 5 / 5By Brian DrinkwaterCame across the Tunnels when we 'd decided to explore Ilfracombe for the day. Looked interesting, and possibly worth spending the small entrance fee. Well, it was more than worth it. A short walk through the tunnels brings you out to a lovely sheltered beach. Hired a couple of deck chairs and spent the next couple of hours simply chilling out.March 13, 2017
